No grit, no pearl
Garbo's started as a lobster business in Connecticut and moved to Austin in 2012. We're woman-owned and still family-run, from the Maine lobster we fly in to the soft serve Connor's swirls on its trailers.
Meet the little sibling
Two mobile soft-serve trailers that bring dessert to your party, plus a third that lives on the Garbo's patio on Mopac. Pick a flavor, add sprinkles, and watch grown-ups act like kids. Book one on its own or pair it with a Garbo's truck for the full ride.

Catering
Two ways to do it. We drop it off and set it up, or you pick it up from the restaurant. Either way it tastes like the shack.
We deliver, set up a tidy spread with labels and serving utensils, and head out. You look like you planned it for weeks.
Order ahead, swing by the restaurant on Mopac, and we'll load it into your car. Simple and quick.
Connecticut-style warm with butter or Maine-style cold with mayo. Split-top buns, toasted.

Chips, slaw, corn salad, and seasonal sides.
Add Connor's Creamery soft-serve cups or book the trailer to come along.

Our story
Garbo's is a family lobster business. In 2012 we packed up, moved from Connecticut to Austin, and started selling rolls out of a food truck.
The truck turned into two trucks, then a restaurant, then Connor's Creamery: two soft-serve trailers on the road and one on our Mopac patio. We're sister-owned and woman-owned, and we still run it like a family shack: good lobster, lots of butter, and everybody's welcome at the window.
We still head back to New England for our seafood journeys, and the lobster still comes straight from Maine.
